about

Deluge is the second album in the story of the Boy on the Burning Deck. and yet another slab of sonic wizardry filled with tales of woe.

The swirling uneasiness of the first album now embraces live instrumentation and darker, slithering themes, with songs featuring trumpets, vocals, violins, piano, guitars, percussion and drums, performed by a whole host of Indian and international independent artists.

On board the deck this time around are the likes of Kartik Basker (The Bicycle Days), Arfaaz Kaagalwala (Fuzzy Logic), Katie Mackay (Reason Breeds Monsters), Yadhunandan Nagaraj (Vasundhara Das), Bharath Kumar (Lucky Ali), Mayur Nanda (Six Flying Whales), Arjun MPN (Aks), Hemanth Diwakaran (One Nite Stand), Gijsbert Ackermans (Old Jungle Saying) and Ginette Bernardini (Kitchenkin).
